DNP852B Project Dissemination

Prerequisite:

DNP852A

This final course of the DNP Project focuses on the dissemination phase. Students will organize and conduct a presentation and verbal defense of their Project, including their findings and recommendations, before an audience. Full approval from the Project Committee is required at the conclusion of the presentation and defense. Once students receive final approval from the Project Committee and Program Representative, they may apply for publication. Immersion hours dedicated to disseminating the DNP Project findings can include writing a journal article, delivering a podium presentation, or creating a poster. This course fulfills a proctored assessment requirement as well as a program-specific project requirement, and it is not eligible for transfer credit.

Intensive practice immersion experiences are integral to preparing a practice-focused DNP Capstone Project. After completing both the A and B versions of this DNP Project course, students must document a combined total of 280 logged practice hours.
