In Module 2, you learned about fishbone diagrams, explored your target population, and completed an organizational assessment. In this activity, you’ll share your findings with your classmates and a faculty member. This will be a formal presentation, so you’ll need to create slides and maintain a professional appearance.

Prepare a 10-minute presentation on the issue/problem you’re addressing and the contributing factors, based on your fishbone diagram. You should also describe the population affected by the issue. Additionally, present the findings from your organizational assessment, including: a description of your organization, the predominant leadership style, whether the issue is a priority for the organization, how your DNP project aligns with any strategic initiatives, goals, or metrics, and the approval process for projects in your organization.
This is a professional presentation, so dress appropriately and rehearse before class. Make sure you’re comfortable sharing your screen and using the Slide Show format for your slides. Don’t forget to upload your slides to Canvas by the class day.
