Activity Description
- Meet with the project site leader(s) to review the pre-implementation plan.
- Discuss project barriers and/or costs with the site leader(s).
- Prepare project materials and/or educate project participants (e.g., data collectors).
- Meet with stakeholders and site leader(s) to present and discuss the initial project implementation.
- Provide updates to site leadership on project progress, including PDSA cycle(s) (e.g., Gantt chart dates, workflow changes, or outcome changes).
- Conduct project data collection activities.
- Analyze data (including PDSA cycle data and final results).
- Hold project team meetings.
- Present final project outcomes formally to site leadership.
