DNPC 665 Consumer Health Informatics, looks at both theories and practical ideas about leadership in complicated healthcare systems. In this course, students will study different healthcare organizations to see how leadership, technology, and complex systems influence how care is given. They’ll also learn about the differences between traditional systems management and managing healthcare systems, and why learning about healthcare systems can be really helpful for complicated delivery systems.
