DNPC 686 Perspectives in Program Planning and Evaluation, gets students ready to create, carry out, and assess healthcare delivery or educational programs. The course looks at the basics of planning and evaluating programs, using models that are useful for in-depth evaluations of complex healthcare delivery or educational projects. Students get to design and put into action an evaluation for a specific evidence-based practice project, healthcare delivery program, or educational program. It’s important to earn a letter grade of B- or higher to pass this course successfully.
Prerequisites: (DNPC 610 with a minimum grade of C- and DNPC 611 with a minimum grade of C-) or (PHDN 673 with a minimum grade of C- and PHDN 670 with a minimum grade of C-) and DNPC 625 with a minimum grade of C
